Really good change coming to Mastodon (not yet but soon(tm) - pulling of all replies to a toot.

At the moment you only see a small selection of replies. Hence why the 'actually' factor is amplified on Mastodon - people reply with the same thing over and over again as they can't see the other replies already saying it.
